Dalto Consulting is seeking an accounting professional or financial analyst with 5 years work experience who would like to develop a career in management and financial consulting. We would like a person who is motivated by working with a variety of clients in diverse industries with flexibility to move between operational and financial engagements. Public accounting experience is a plus.

Candidate must apply business, accounting, financial and analytical skills to various client situations and proactive disciplines (e.g., financial modeling, ratio and comparable company analysis, review/analysis of financial statements and projections, bench-marking and due diligence). Prepare complex cash flow and borrowing base projections and worksheets to model business processes and/or actual or proposed transactions. Prepare written analyses and other reports necessary on the project scope, findings and/or results of activities. Candidate must be proficient in PC environment and related software, including Microsoft office applications, use and analysis of computer models and development of dynamic spreadsheet applications using Microsoft Excel.

Candidate must also have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment and a willingness to research, analyze and develop new skills, as well as daily project management skills including interaction with other team members, professionals, client personnel and other firms involved in consulting engagements.
